Gone are the days when there were balloons in the world – now the world is made from balloons. In balloon entertainment there is no distinction between professional and nonprofessional. Anybody can become part of the world and the creative power. A new movement is forming: A world of balloons of boundless possibilities is created in charming, ncontrolled, anarchistic, and playful fashion, and which is full of life.
The worldwide intercultural community of active balloonartists makes use of this medium in order to turn multifaceted thoughts and visions into reality in colourful variety.Crosslanguage campaigns, which turn their backs on conventional structures, can break down barriers. For instance, German balloon artist Tobi van Deisner demonstrated this fact on his world tour during which he
gave out more than 5,000 pieces of balloon art to people living on all five continents. His goal is to share with others the moments and encounters he has experienced. ”Laughing is international“, as the artist himself confirms.
As a result, simple balloons are turned into bridges uniting the nations.
